This men's wool scarf rests on two pieces of information that few accessories show: a fibre certification and a place of manufacture. The lambswool is Woolmark® certified, the label of virgin wool, and the scarf is made in Scotland. On an accessory, where the real composition is hard to check by eye, that is a rare guarantee. Lambswool, finer than adult wool, stays soft against the neck.

Spun-in flecks
The points of colour are not printed: they are fibres dyed in another shade, introduced into the yarn before spinning. Their distribution therefore varies from one scarf to another, and none is exactly identical. The fleck also has a practical advantage: it hides marks of wear. A plain scarf shows every bit of fluff and every rub, where a flecked surface blurs the eye.
Made in Scotland
The scarf is knitted in a ribbed knit and made in Scotland. Lambswool, lofty, traps air without excess weight and keeps warm from the first wrap. Two colours: a speckled military green, which goes with khaki and brown, and a speckled grey, which goes with everything.
Size
A unisex model, in size as in colour. The scarf is worn in a tight double wrap or simply knotted.
How to wear a men's wool scarf
In a double wrap, tight under a turned-up coat collar. Simply knotted, slipped under a military jacket, to close the neckline without bulk. The speckled green with a matching speckled green beanie, over a chambray shirt, as in our photos.
Care
Machine washable at home, dry cleaning is not necessary: hand wash cold, or wool cycle at 30 °C (86 °F) with a wool detergent. Do not rub or wring: press out the water, roll it in a towel, then dry flat, reshaped. Store folded, away from light, with cedar.
