Wash at 30 °C (86 °F) inside out, short cycle, mild detergent with no bleaching agent.
Wash separately the first few times: dyed cotton bleeds slightly.
Do not tumble dry: air dry in the shade.
Iron at medium heat, on the reverse to protect the colour.
Avoid fabric softener, which clogs the fibre and reduces its breathability.

This military tote bag is not cut from new cloth. Its body comes from old French army tent bags, recovered from surplus and then demilitarised: the khaki canvas keeps its marks of use, its original shading and sometimes its label. No two bags are ever quite alike. On one of them, the original kraft-paper label still mentions the Union Special machines that sewed a large part of military equipment.

Compact, unisex format, made for the essentials of a day. Since each bag is cut from an original canvas, the shades of khaki vary from piece to piece.
How to wear a military tote bag
On the shoulder, over a work jacket: the tent canvas extends the utility wardrobe. In hand, with a chambray shirt and jeans, for town. The leather of the handles darkens with the touch of hands and takes on the same patina as the canvas.
Care
Avoid the machine, which would damage the leather base. Brush the canvas to remove dust and clean stains locally with lukewarm soapy water, without rubbing. Dust the leather with a dry cloth and nourish it from time to time with a leather milk. Leave to air dry in the shade.
A lining in Bulgarian shirts, a leather base
Inside, the lining is cut from Bulgarian army shirts, also from surplus. The base and handles are thick vegetable-tanned cowhide, produced in Lavaur, in the south of France: it structures the bottom without stiffening it and will patinate with the bag. The handles are fixed with copper rivets.

Version V2, slightly flared
In its second version, the tote bag flares slightly toward the top, like a beach bag, to gain ease without gaining volume. The format stays compact: light shopping, a notebook, a phone, keys. It is worn on the shoulder or by hand, by men and women alike. It is made in our Toulouse workshop.

The fabrics are developed to our own specifications: we imagine our own weaves, then have them woven in the best mills in the world (Japan, France, Italy, Portugal, Morocco), often on old looms. This process can take up to a year to produce a new cloth.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order. Delivery is free in France and Belgium for orders over €150, in Europe for orders over €300, and worldwide for orders over €400.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination: 2 to 5 business days in France, 2 to 8 days in Europe, and up to 16 days for the rest of the world. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the order is shipped.
Of course! Returns and exchanges are free in France and Belgium for all orders over €150. You have 14 days to try on your items at home and return them if necessary.
