Our men's moleskin jacket is made from a 100% cotton moleskin, 420 g/m² (about 14 oz), made in France. It is a tightly woven cotton cloth finished with a flexible coating that imitates the grain of leather and the look of shaved velvet. That is what makes it both good-looking and hard-wearing. Moleskin is to France what denim is to the USA: a tough garment first reserved for workers that gradually won over the men's wardrobe and became a cult piece.
We made it in three timeless colours: olive, sand and, here, hydron blue. Easy shades to wear that you can match with the rest of your wardrobe.
The quality of French craftsmanship
The moleskin jacket is made entirely in France with unique craft skill. The dyeing is done in the Pays de la Loire, and our brand label is printed in Toulouse, reflecting our ongoing commitment to quality local production.

Caring for a moleskin work jacket
To keep its strength and the shine of its patina, wash the moleskin work jacket in cold water or on a delicate machine cycle. Air dry it and avoid the tumble dryer, which could deform the cloth. If you need to iron it, place a protective cloth between the iron and the jacket to avoid burning or marking it.

We reinterpreted this cult work jacket using only natural materials, kind to the skin and the environment. We wove the cloth of this moleskin jacket ourselves and then treated it with a period patina, giving a smooth, glossy cloth that feels very soft against the skin.
Wear it with jeans for a relaxed look, or with a dressier trouser for a vintage, sophisticated look. It fits easily into your wardrobe whatever your style.

What you look for in a work jacket is not to think about it any more: you put it on in the morning and it follows you, at the office as in the workshop. This one adds what others don't have: a French cloth, assembly on an off-the-arm machine, a military sleeve buttoned in corozo. In ten years, people will ask where you found it.
Military-style sleeves, a tribute to France
After the war, France swapped military fatigues for the blue work jacket. To honour that historical transition, we gave our moleskin work jacket a military-inspired sleeve, closed with a high-quality corozo button.
A moleskin jacket as solid as your ambitions
Built to last, the jacket is assembled with care on a feed-off-the-arm machine, for very strong seams. The sleeves are double-needle topstitched for extra resistance. Inside, a bias binding gives a clean finish and comfort with every movement. It is the right jacket if solidity is non-negotiable for you.
Roomy pockets that will never give way
As a tribute to our Fernand jacket, a symbol of the Trente Glorieuses, we kept the famous trio of patch pockets: a 12 × 13 cm chest pocket and two 17 × 17 cm front pockets. Their generous size holds personal belongings, tools and more without the jacket losing its shape. The cloth stays in place, and the seams don't move. A fourth, discreet inside pocket is ideal for more personal items.
