Description
We achieved this vintage effect thanks to ozone, the factory in Morocco has Waterless technology (5 liters of water against 100 for washing standard jeans)
No sandblasting or chemicals were used, aging is achieved using air (three oxygen molecules) and laser for abrasions.
This jacket is made according to the rules of the art, we have taken particular care with the finishes. The seam at the waistband and cuffs is made with a super strong chain stitch machine.
The thread used is resistant over time. We put a clamping tab as in a classic model.
The two inside pockets of the jacket are functional, in total six pockets for this magnificent jacket. We've lined them with an ecru 100% cotton fabric, so they last as long as possible.

To meet growing demand, some manufacturing steps can be delegated, but the design and finishing touches always remain French. Origin of fabrics by country: France, Japan, Italy, Portugal. Leather: France, Morocco, Italy. Supplies: France, Spain, Japan, Portugal, USA. Assembly threads: France, Japan, Portugal, Italy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us through our contact page for return instructions.
