This shipping policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the shipping of Products to the Client by the Editor.

Product: Any item of any kind sold on the Site

ARTICLE 4 - FIELD OF APPLICATION

The Site is freely and openly accessible. Simply connecting to the Site implies full and complete acceptance of this shipping policy. The internet user acknowledges having read it and accepts it without restriction.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery costs

Costs are indicated to the Client before any payment. They apply to deliveries within mainland France and Corsica included. For any other location, please contact customer service. Prices shown include tax (VAT included).

5.2 Delivery time

Orders are delivered by La Poste, DPD, Chronopost, DHL, Fedex or UPS within 6 business days from the date of payment. Some products or volumes may require longer delivery times (mentioned at checkout).

5.3 Damaged parcel

If a parcel is visibly damaged, refuse it to benefit from the carrier's guarantee. Notify the seller immediately to receive a new parcel.

5.4 Retention of title

Ownership of the Products remains with the Editor until full payment. The Client bears the risks of transport and must insure the Products at their own expense.

ARTICLE 7 - RETURNS POLICY

Free returns in France and Belgium for orders ≥ 100 €. Paid returns for orders < 100 € (costs borne by the customer). If a second shipment is required, the costs are borne by the customer.

ARTICLE 8 - FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1 Governing law

This policy is governed by French law.

8.2 Amendments

The Editor may amend this policy at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.

8.3 Disputes and Mediation

Any dispute will primarily be resolved through mediation (order n°2015-1033 of 20/08/2015).
