The Beautiful, The Blue, The Raw
First of all, CDM has been offering premium denim since the beginning. We use rope dying for unmatched quality.
Therefore, our selvedge offers thickness and resistance. They age with you by developing a lasting patina. This combination guarantees exceptional durability.
In fact, your movements and your body shape will naturally mark the jeans. This evolution makes each piece unique.
Also, at first you will have to close the jeans with some effort. It will then relax with repeated wearing. This adaptation ensures a perfect fit over time.
Okayama My Love
On the one hand, Collect is to denim what Hokusai is to Ukiyo-e, an undisputed master whose know-how is no longer in doubt. On the other hand, this Japanese manufacturer from Okayama Prefecture has been able to perpetuate the tradition of selvedge over the years, thus preserving a precious heritage.
Indeed, we, who did not necessarily like excessive adjustment, had to recognize that the work was impeccable. In addition, external compliments were pouring in, testifying to the unmatched quality of our products.
Furthermore, the cut is based on our 15 oz jeans , perfectly embodying the balance between fit and freedom. In addition, every detail lets the garment breathe, like a subtle dance between the fabric and the body. Thus, this intentional space, inspired by the Japanese concept of ma , guarantees a comfortable, natural and aesthetically harmonious wearing experience.
For example, our model, who is 1.78 cm tall and weighs 74 kg, is wearing our Japanese selvedge jeans in size 30, her usual size.
Therefore, the cut highlights the fluidity of shapes and adaptability to different body shapes, while leaving the body the space it needs to express itself with lightness and ease.
Denim Made In Japan
First and foremost, Japan Blue supplies the world's finest canvases and it's been a pride to work with them since the beginning. Indeed, their commitment to quality and traditional craftsmanship is unmatched.
Furthermore, our Japanese denim is made of 100% cotton in 14oz, in pure natural indigo. As a result, it is a real o-yoroi, cut with a nodachi, sharpened like a Masamune blade.
In addition, it will be refined over the seasons like the sakura in bloom starting the next hanami, symbolizing natural evolution and timeless beauty. Then, if you want to wear it in the Japanese way, we recommend taking a size above or otherwise going for the Italian model, thus offering versatility and optimal comfort for each body type.
Hidden pocket rivets
First of all, we chose authentic jeans, faithful to traditions. Therefore, these high-end jeans integrate this finish inside the pockets, thus preserving the strength of the back pockets.
In fact, the rivet ensures the strength of the openings and the durability of the product. In addition, inside the jeans, each back pocket has two CDM rivets, reinforced with a stop stitch on each side in Coats® thread.
JAPAN BLUE THERAPY
Our Japanese jeans Collect 14oz use the 3320 fit. This cut offers ergonomics and optimal comfort. The Selvedge Collect canvas in 14oz combines robustness and elegance. We make this Rolls of canvases and its exceptional finishes accessible to as many people as possible.

We are here to help you
Find here the answers to the most frequently asked questions to help you choose with confidence.
Our clothes are made from exceptional materials—Japanese selvedge denim, French wool from Tournier, etc.—and assembled on vintage machines.
Each piece is designed to last, evolve, and develop a patina over time. The fabrics are custom-developed: we design our own wefts, then have them woven in the world's best factories (Japan, France, Italy, Portugal, Morocco), often on antique looms. This process can take up to a year to create a new fabric.
It is this level of requirement that makes Champ de Manoeuvres unique and of high quality.
