Discover our handcrafted thick leather belts, made with cowhide, vegetable tanned. Each belt is handmade with care and attention to detail, with a width of 43mm and an excellent thickness of 4mm for unparalleled durability and style.


Why vegetable tanning?

  1. Durability: Vegetable tanned leathers have a longer lifespan than leathers tanned with synthetic chemicals because the natural tannins used during vegetable tanning are more resistant to degradation.

  2. ECO-FRIENDLY: Vegetable tanning uses natural tannins extracted from plants, trees and fruits, unlike synthetic tannins made from chemicals. Thus, vegetable tanning is more respectful of the environment.

  3. Natural Look: Vegetable tanned leather has a natural and organic look, with variations in color and texture that give the leather a unique appearance. The natural tannins also impart a pleasant natural smell to the leather.

  4. Patinas over time: Vegetable tanned leathers are more breathable and comfortable to wear, as the leather retains its natural ability to absorb and release moisture. Hence the term (living leather).

Our belts have a vintage effect, an elegant finish for the double pin buckle used by the silver colored police. Each topstitch is hand-stitched for an artisan finish that adds to the unique character of each belt.
