RAW JEANS JACKET

The raw denim jacket emerged at the beginning of the 20th century as workwear for American laborers, cut from denim to withstand dust, tools, and long days on ranches or in garages. From a Western uniform to a 1950s rock icon, worn by James Dean or Marlon Brando, it spanned the Beat Generation to modern casual wear.

Woven by Candiani from 100% 13oz cotton denim, the dense fabric offers controlled stiffness that softens with wear, without indigo bleeding. Chain stitch seams on hems and super strong cuffs, durable thick Coats thread; classic tightening tab, six 100% ecru cotton-lined pockets (chest pockets with engraved bronze rivets, exterior hand pockets, two hidden interior pockets). A branded Moroccan cowhide leather label adds contrast.

Its straight cut (chest 51 to 59 cm), length 64 to 68 cm, drapes amply: take your usual size. It breathes alone or open over a t-shirt, developing a patina from friction for personal wear, versatile in full denim or contrasted.

What is the quality of Champ de Manœuvres products?

Our clothes are made from exceptional materials—Japanese selvedge denim, French wool from Tournier, etc.—and assembled in our workshop in Toulouse on traditional machines.

Each piece is designed to last, evolve, and develop a patina over time. The fabrics are custom-developed: we design our own wefts, then have them woven in the world's best factories (Japan, France, Italy, Portugal, Morocco), often on antique looms. This process can take up to a year to create a new fabric.

It is this level of requirement that makes Champ de Manoeuvres unique and of high quality.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order. Delivery is free in France and Belgium for orders over €150, in Europe for orders over €300, and worldwide for orders over €400.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination: 2 to 5 business days in France, 2 to 8 days in Europe, and up to 16 days for the rest of the world. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the order is shipped.

Can I return or exchange an item if the size doesn't fit?

Of course! Returns and exchanges are free in France and Belgium for all orders over €150. You have 14 days to try on your items at home and return them if necessary.
