Ecru Japanese Straight Jeans Rinse — Cut 3320

Sizes: 28
Born from an obsession with character denim, the 14 oz Japanese Straight Selvedge Jeans are more than just a pair of pants: they are a commitment. Woven on shuttle looms in Japan's most demanding factories, these 14 oz selvedge jeans develop a unique patina with wear—every crease, every fade tells a story that belongs only to the wearer. Designed for the authentic man, tailored to last a lifetime.
SPECIFICATIONS
  • Japanese selvedge denim : 14 oz shuttlewoven fabric — raw selvedge on the outseam, exceptional density and strength for jeans that will only get better

Ecru Japanese Straight Jeans Rinse — Cut 332028
$230.98

Japanese selvedge denim has been the absolute benchmark in the industry since the 1960s. When American manufacturers abandoned shuttle looms for high-speed machines, Japanese weavers — in Kojima, Okayama, Hiroshima — bought these very same looms to perpetuate a craftsmanship that mass industry was condemning. 14 oz is the optimal comfort zone: dense enough to sculpt a striking patina (honeycombs, fades, whiskers) without weighing down daily wear.

The 3320 cut is the result of striking a balance between the heritage of 1940s-50s American work jeans and the demands of a contemporary silhouette. 33 cm at the thigh, 20 cm leg opening: a high rise that naturally hugs without constricting, a straight leg that falls effortlessly over any shoe — from work boots to patinated derbies. Every construction detail — the Union Special chainstitch, the struck rivet, the clean finish binding, the crotch reinforcement — is a direct translation of a logic of use: these jeans are made to be worn, washed, damaged, and continue to live.

Assembled according to the standards of high-quality workwear, they are for those who know that the best pieces are not chosen at first glance, but reveal themselves over time. Jeans that you keep for ten years. That you repair. That ultimately tell more of your story than ours.

Times change, but style is timeless.

Contact us?
What is the quality of Champ de Manœuvres products?

Our clothes are made from exceptional materials—Japanese selvedge denim, French wool from Tournier, etc.—and assembled in our workshop in Toulouse on traditional machines.

Each piece is designed to last, evolve, and develop a patina over time. The fabrics are custom-developed: we design our own wefts, then have them woven in the world's best factories (Japan, France, Italy, Portugal, Morocco), often on antique looms. This process can take up to a year to create a new fabric.

It is this level of requirement that makes Champ de Manoeuvres unique and of high quality.
