It goes with navy, khaki and ecru without ever shouting, and it is wearable every day where a bright red would stay a costume piece. The wool is dyed on the fibre, before knitting; still, wash it separately the first time, as a precaution.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eLambswool and angora, one piece\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe beanie is knitted in Scotland on hand-operated frames, in a fully fashioned knit: it comes off in one piece, with no joining seam, does not mark the forehead and does not distort in the wash. Lambswool, at 75%, gives hold; \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Angora_wool\"\u003eangora\u003c\/a\u003e, at 25%, lightness and softness, because its hollow fibre traps air without weighing it down. The whole breathes and avoids the clammy feeling after an hour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eCut and sizing\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOne size: the natural elasticity of the rib fits every head, men and women.
