Ferdinand of Magellan
The caban, a word of Arabic origin first used by pirates (15th-17th centuries), is a short, warm and waterproof coat. It may have a hood, the collar is wide and the pockets on the hips usually have a flap. Ours is made with a woolen sheet weighing 790 g/m2, 100% wool from Portugal.

From all seams
The peacoat is made in dark blue and anthracite gray mixed with black. The pockets, on the other hand, are buttoned and are functional. It contains three inside pockets, like a suit jacket. One with piping opening plus flap for your wallet, one just below on the heart side to store your diary, for example, one on the right side cut in a woolen cloth identical to the outside.
The inside pocket on the right side is made with the same wool as the body, rounded in shape to slip a card holder among other things.
The manufacture of our peacoat is made in Morocco, the wool as you know is of origin: Portugal, the oxford body lining comes from Italy.
The horn buttons are of French origin from corne et corozo in Lyon.
